All candidates are expected to be able to take direction and work well with others. You will be expected to be respectful, timely, and have some basic tools necessary to perform your work. We are primarily a frame to finish residential construction company but do smaller unique commercial projects.

Lead Carpenters

10-15 years plus experience with a mastery of carpentry skills. Knowledge of proper methods to complete tasks and projects without direction and the capability of and desire for teaching others and leading a project.

An ability and desire to manage a project and work with subcontractors, architects, and clients are helpful but not necessary.


Carpenters Apprentices

Around 5-10 years of experience with a basic knowledge of carpentry (framing, trim work, window and door installation etc.) and a desire to learn the trade. You must be able to follow instructions and receive feedback.
